Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Demolition Estimator to join our team in Surrey. The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating the cost of demolition projects, including the cost of labour, equipment, and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

– Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for demolition projects

– Analyse plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labour estimates

– Liaise with clients, contractors, and project managers to ensure all requirements are met

– Identify potential risks and opportunities during the estimating process

– Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions

– Participate in bid meetings and present estimates to clients

– Attend site visits to assess project requirements

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a Demolition Estimator

– Knowledge of demolition techniques, materials, and equipment

– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

– Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating software

80-90k plus company car and fuel card.
